Broker's Comments
This a pretty converted French fishing boat - probably the last of the wooden build boats. She was probably a general purpose boat for all fishing duties.
The conversion is somewhat basic but functional and includes a proper bathroom, central heating via hot water radiators and a conventional kitchen.
She has a rather nice Gardner engine, which is perfect for the boat, providing 6.5 knots at 800 rpm.
She is currently used as a live aboard and should be able to retain her berth.
