Recent new kitchen with double oven, fridge freezer sink unit all stainless steel, new bathroom with roll top bath and complete new fixtures inc sea toilet.
Heavy duty steel construction throughout - this was originally a munitions barge and has been built accordingly so no worries as far as construction is concerned.
The owner has done a lot of work since buying the boat in the Summer but has had a change of job hence the sale. The heating system is all there just needs connecting, he is willing to negotiate on fixtures and fittings with the boat so you can simply move in if required.

Broker's Comments
Royal Navy barge conversion, with scope for a bit of finishing off to your own taste. Built from nuclear grade steel, this will outlast us all.
An ideal liveaboard boat with no engine to maintain. This houseboat is huge with capacity to extend further if required. Sits in a lovely boatyard with full facilities and a view down the river which is worth the cost alone.
£80 a week mooring which goes with the boat, Council tax is less than £800 PA
This will not hang around long, so be quick, people are queueing up for houseboats of this size with moorings in Cornwall.
It would even be a good investment for potential landlords - actually thats a thought, I might buy her myself......
Fancy a holiday home in Cornwall? unrestricted river view? Or maybe you fancy opting out of the rat race and living the Vida Loca on the water?
Lovely houseboat in a lovely boatyard with a magnificent view.
