Broker's Comments

This Hartley 39 is a professionally built yacht by Brodie (renowned for their web-frame construction method). It is of Ferro Cement hull and deck construction finished in white.

The internal layout is a little different from contemporary yachts, as can be seen in the photos, with a central island which is the engine box, chart table and galley work surface. The joinery inside is of good quality although the upholstery seems a little tired. The exterior has a teak capping rail and other bright work, although spared from a full teak deck.

This boat would make a great liveaboard or a good cruiser, subject to some maintenance and or upgrades if inclined to take on a small project.

A quick sale is required.
