This cosy and versitle canal boat would provide the ideal weekend cruiser or Pied a Terre in west London. The open plan interior offers an opportunity for the new owner to put their stamp on the style.
The galley is aft allowing living space forward. This includes a transverse double berth with storage beneath. The cruiser stern is the ideal area to enjoy summer evenings and entertain guests.
Located in a marina with newly refurbished shower block, located opposite the mooring. The current owner removed the shower to provide a greater living area however, the shower tray and fitments remain in place underneath the bed storage in the event the new owner wishes to reinstate a full bathroom.
The marina berth is transferable to the buyer at the discretion of the marina operator. A transfer fee is payable to the marina operator.

To the Malt Shovel pub and back. I never used her for much cruising as it was a base for work.
