About Dan Lovell
What did you do before working with Boatshed?
Been running Fowey Maritime centre for 7 years now. Advanced powerboat skipper and RYA powerboat instructor. VHF assessor and instructor.
What attracted you to become part of the Boatshed team?
I am always advising new boaters on which vessel to buy so decided to join the team and become a broker.
Are you a motorboater or a sailor?
My family owned a Sedentary 42 sailing boat for many years and sailed in the UK, Mallorca and the Caribbean. I bought my first boat which was a Larson sei 180 in Pwhelli, North Wales.
What is your most memorable boating experience?
Best boating experience was mooring the yacht off an island in Mallorca called Cabrera where only a few boats were allowed once acquiring a military permit.
