Broker's Comments

We are excited at the opportunity to list this Hunter Horizon 323 for sale with Boatshed Cornwall. This is another example of a British designed and built cruiser/racer. With six berths in two separate double cabins fore and aft, with an "L" shaped galley and a separate heads compartment.

On arrival at the mooring the external appearance of the yacht looked clean and tidy. All of the deck fabric appeared to be fresh and matching in colour. Once onboard, it continued to seem as though much care had been lavished during it’s current ownership.

Some maintenance topics that have been attended to recently include
Outer bottom clean and antifouled (2023)
Renewed shaft anode (2023)
Renewed seacocks
Renewed Head
Renewed Cutlass bearing
Renewed gearbox

Overall, there is a lot included in this sale and from some of the invoices it would seem to support the care and attention that has been given in servicing and maintaining this yacht.

A viewing is highly recommended

The pontoon berth mooring can potentially be transferred to, subject to separate negotiation.
