Broker's Comments

This Roamer 36 steel ketch is a well constructed and fitted out yacht, with plenty of room to liveaboard and or used as a houseboat.
It had a new engine fitted in 2004 and a refit during the late eighties. Some of the other history is unknown at the time of listing. The interior though does feel a little bit dated and with a bit of imagination could look more than acceptable.

Hi,
Is this boat still for sale?
Is it possible to see a copy of the last survey?
Do you know when the standing rigging was replaced?
Best regards
Terry Holbrook
