Broker's Comments

The condition of this boat belies its age; it has been well looked after by its current owner. He has loaded it with features to make sailing safer and more enjoyable.

The owners have raised a lot of money for a sailing charity and ensured their boat was prepared to undertake long passages safely.

The interior is smart and the original Bukh engine has obviously been well serviced because it started immediately from cold - on a very cold day - and ran smoothly. I was impressed with engine access from the saloon and the cockpit.

In 2020, the hull and keel were sanded back and epoxy primed. At that time the saloon windows were removed and resealed, and a new diesel heater installed.

The boat was last lifted in 2021 for annual maintenance and was last surveyed six years ago.
