Broker's Comments

The Project 26 is a robust motor cruiser. The boat features plenty of sociable deck space, easy aft access via large swim platform and practical overnight accommodation.

The port helms position and forward cockpit area are well protected by fixed windscreen, there is also a full cockpit cover with removable windows and side sections easily adjusted or completely removable to suit all types of weather.

The cockpit and accommodation sole is laid with Teak and Cherry, the deck space is large and offers a great space for entertaining. The cabin comprises galley to starboard , equipped with 2 burner gas stove, grill and oven. There is a heads to port with sea-toilet, hot and cold mixer taps and shower. Hot water is provided by an engine calorifier.

The engine was fitted in 1999 and turbo charged, for additional power in 2000. The engine has been seen to start and run up to temperature and under load during sea-trial. The Sabre 212hp appears a well presented and fully functioning unit.

The boat would benifit from a little TLC here and there, a cut and polish, new decals and a fresh cockpit cover would freshen this older style cruiser. Otherwise a fully functioning, solidly built motor cruiser, all ready to go.
