Broker's Comments

Here we have a nice example of the popular single level Horizon 35 river cruiser. She is ex hire and has been in private hands this last three years.

The boat has been extensively improved to include full insulation, fridge freezer, twin diesel warm air heaters with remote controls, anchor winch with remote control, two televisions (one with DVD), stereo with speakers inside and outside in the front well, new front well cushions, LED lighting, new electric toilet, 1kw invertor, the list goes on and on.

She is a very tidy and comfortable place to spend time afloat. She has been recently serviced and starts and runs very nicely indeed. She is powered by a BMC 1.5 diesel via shaft drive. She has 6 berths in three cabins and a very usable portside long galley that is fully equipped and has loads of storage plus a microwave oven as well as the full size gas cooker.

The engine bay has been fully sound insulated and the motor is very quiet for one of these which is also a very nice feature. She has a couple of areas of headlining that would benefit from minor attention to my eye though this is only cosmetic in nature.

The outside was due to be repainted last year, however this did not get done even though the paint was purchased, so this paint is also included in the sale.

She has a current Boat Safety Certificate and her Broads toll is paid for the coming 2023/24 season!

Her mooring in Horning may be available by separate negotiation with the marina as the vendor is leaving boating due to family issues.

This is tidy example of these popular boats and once repainted will be a very nice example of the type. She represents very good value given all the above and is priced extremely competitively.
