Broker's Comments
This Bruce Roberts 310 was built by the owner with input from Bruce himself as the plans needed modifying to take the lifting keel and the sail no. 1 was bought through Bruce also. She was inspected by Viking Maritime on completion in 1993 and we have a copy of that completion survey for any potential buyer to see.
The owner still has the original drawings for the boat.
The paint has peeled and she just needs re-painting on the top sides and the hull but could soon be brought back to her former glory.
These boat details are subject to contract.
